The Reform Programme is a small outfit and we like it that way. We like working together and that means our clients like working with us. We have a central core team with a history of successful working together and a band of willing associates who we call on when we need them.
We combine proven Big Five experience with the ability to think and act independently.
Before joining The Reform Programme Nigel was overall Programme Manager for a series of major national education reforms. Through his experience gained at IBM, KPMG and Robson Rhodes, Nigel has become expert at solving large and complex management problems. He thrives on working in multi-disciplined and leading-edge areas to deliver radical, benefit-driven programmes of change.
Clients include Government departments, investment banks, utilities and major retailers.
Chris is a change management and communications specialist. He has extensive experience of designing and delivering communications solutions which support reform in the public, trade union and third sectors.
He is focused on ensuring that reform activities are appropriately contextualised and that communications effort supports and enhances delivery and benefit realisation to reforming organisations.
A qualified accountant, experienced consultant and programme manager, Neil has a proven record of consistently delivering challenging projects on a national and international basis. He was Finance Director of an International Pharmaceutical Company and the COO of one the fastest growing companies in the UK. He has worked in both the public and private sector.
Clients include Banks and telecom, FCMG and Pharmaceutical companies as well as HMRC and DfES
